High Wind Warning for Central Montana Until Monday Morning

Gusts up to 60 mph are possible in parts of central and northern Montana Sunday night and early Sunday morning. Dangerous travel conditions may exist at times.

According to the National Weather Service:

High Wind Warning remains in effect until 8 am MST Monday...

• WINDS: southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
• TIMING: strong winds will continue or increase into this evening, peaking in strength tonight.
• IMPACTS: travel may be difficult, especially for high-profile vehicles. Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power lines. Scattered power outages are possible.
