Popular Store In Bozeman’s Mall To Close Soon
Some good things have to come to an end.
Stores Closing in Bozeman
It's been a wild time in the Gallatin Valley.
We saw several restaurants and businesses close in Bozeman in 2024.
Things change for several reasons.
Closings happen because business might have slowed down, rent might have gone up, or retirement with no one to carry the torch are all valid reasons for businesses closing.
It's always sad to see businesses you enjoy close down, but sometimes, it's out of your hands.
That is what happened here.
Gallatin Crossing
Things are changing fast.
The Gallatin Valley Mall is making some massive moves.
The Gallatin Valley Mall, soon to be Gallatin Crossing, has brought in some new and exciting stores and restaurants to excite locals and visitors.
City Vineyard, American Eagle, and other businesses opened in 2024, and more are coming in 2025.
Gallatin Crossing has some significant construction underway, and locals wonder what is next.
Sadly, one shop will be closing in the next few weeks.
Gamestop Closing In Bozeman
This move is a head-scratcher.
Gamestop is a popular store for folks who love video games, toys, and fun.
Bozeman has two Gamestop locations.
We have one on 19th Avenue and the one in the mall.
We learned from the Gamestop employee that the mall location will close on January 18th.
Why?
Corporate dropped the bombshell a few days ago with little reason.
That blows our minds.
The Gamestop in the mall gets constant foot traffic, is close to Montana State, and has fantastic employees.
It was a superb location.
We don't know what will replace Gamestop, but we will let you know when we find out.
