Unique Montana Brewery Is For Sale In Fantastic Location
It's not often you find a brewery with tasty beer and a lucrative location in Montana, and it's for sale. It's a huge opportunity.
If there is one place in Montana locals will go to after a long day, it's not the bar but their favorite brewery. You can find high-quality breweries in cities or towns throughout Montana.
You could be in a city of 50,000 people or a town of 500, and you will likely find a local brewery residents love. These breweries are solid money-makers because they can sell beer in the taproom or at the local grocery store.
Breweries are hard to build from the ground up, but what if you could buy an existing one in a fantastic location? We have great news for you.

Shred Monk Brewing in Downtown Bozeman is for sale, and the price is eye-opening.
Shred Monk Brewing is located on Main Street in Downtown Bozeman next to Bozeman Spirits and makes delicious beer, and their food is incredible. We highly recommend the steak fingers.
Surprisingly, Shred Monk Brewing is selling after only being open for maybe a year. Why is Shred Monk selling? We talked to them, and they said they are looking to sell or find investors because they need help.
It also doesn't help they changed their concept from a coffeehouse and brewery to just a brewery. Changing concepts can confuse locals and visitors.
How much is Shred Monk selling for? For the low price of $400K. That's wild for a brewery in a prime downtown location. The price includes all the brewing equipment, kitchen area, and more.
This location has had two other breweries and has had mixed results. White Dog Brewing and Union Hall Brewery both opened to praise but couldn't catch on to with locals. If you are going to open a brewery in Montana, you need the support of locals.
I don't want to see Shred Monk close down. The beer is delicious, and the food is underrated. Hopefully, someone can save them and keep them going.
