Chef Graybeal visited Montana on a recent trip with his wife and fell in love with the area. He's excited to bring his expertise and experience to Fielding's in Bozeman. All of the meals on the menu at Fielding's use ingredients that are locally sourced, and menu selections will change on a weekly basis.
