New Montana-Themed Bistro Set To Open In Bozeman
The restaurant scene in Bozeman is constantly changing, and a new Montana-themed bistro is the latest addition to the downtown area. The restaurant is currently under construction, but plans to open in the near future. Here's everything we know about it.
NEW MONTANA-THEMED BISTRO OPENING IN BOZEMAN
The new restaurant is located at 19 S. Willson Avenue, which was previously Last Call Modern Mexican. Last Call closed unexpectedly during the fall. The space has been home to several different restaurants throughout the years, including Barley & Vine and Over the Tapas.
Bitterroot Bistro, A new bistro-style restaurant is expected to open this winter. A description of the restaurant was posted on its website.

A menu is also available on the Bitterroot Bistro website, and includes items like trout, a 14 oz. ribeye, and bison tenderloin. A few videos have been shared on Instagram, and the food looks amazing. You can see for yourself below.
An official opening date for Bitterroot Bistro has not been announced, but it should be open sooner than later. You can follow them on Instagram for updates. Bozeman is home to some of the best restaurants and dining options in the entire state. We can't wait to check it out!
