Music, Clinics, Breakfast and Events This Weekend Around Bozeman

October is here and there is A TON TO DO this weekend. Live music, fun fundraisers, events and educational opportunities are all happening around the Bozeman area.

If you're looking to get out of the house and have a little fun this weekend, have no fear. There are several options that are being held in a safe environment and/or socially distanced.

Thursday, October 1st, 2020: Got Apples? at Lockhorn Cider House. Bring in your good backyard apples to help create the Bozeman's Backyard Blend. 1pm to 10pm at 21 South Wallace. You'll get 1 glass or 1 can for every 25 pounds of apples or crabapples you bring in. Sales of the special blend will benefit local non-profits.

Thursday, October 1st, 2020: Immunization Clinic at Bozeman Ford. 8am to 8pm at 2900 North 19th. Call for more info or questions, (406) 587-1221. This event is hosted by Pharm406, Inc. If you need to get a flu shot, this might be a convenient place to do it. This is an all day clinic for cell based vaccines, Flu, pneumonia, shingles, tdaps. Most insurance companies accepted.

Friday, October 2nd, 2020: Blue & Gold Friday at Bozeman Spirits Distillery. Starts at 7pm at 121 West Main. This event is a social gathering for the Bozeman Alumnae Chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi, but everyone is welcome. Show some MSU Homecoming spirit by wearing Blue and Gold.

Friday, October 2nd, 2020: Online Vibe Friday w/ Milton Menasco & the Big Fiasco. Crank up the tunes in your own home with this online live concert. They're a Bozeman favorite. A great, safe way to party on a Friday night! 7pm to 9pm. (Just click on the link before the show and you'll catch the live stream.)

Saturday, October 3rd, 2020: Hyalite Firefighters Pancake Breakfast at the Hyalite Fire Department, 4541 South 3rd Avenue. 7am to 11am. Serving breakfast (safely and socially distanced) but no kids activities this time to keep everyone safe.

Saturday, October 3rd, 2020: Stay Home and Read a Book Ball with the Bozeman Public Library. This is an easy, fun, ONLINE event for the whole family that starts at 7am. You can register in advance for this fundraiser. Call (406) 582-2425 with any questions.

Saturday, October 3rd, 2020: Bozeman Winter Farmer's Market at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds Exhibit building. 9am to Noon. This event USED TO be at The Emerson...they moved to the Fairgrounds for more room to social distance! Farmers, ranchers, growers and artisans.

Saturday, October 3rd, 2020: Country Dance Party (outside at the Gallatin Regional Park) on West Oak. 8pm to 11pm. Hosted by Outlaw Country Dancers. This is a dry event, FYI. Please bring a mask, and hand sanitizer to keep folks safe.

Saturday, October 3rd, 2020: Devil's Toboggan Turns Two! A celebration with free appetizers from the Devil's Toboggan at 113 East Oak in the Cannery District. Starts at 4pm with a happy hour. Great chance to check it out if you've never been there.
