UPDATE 11/6 4:45 p.m.

The Belgrade Police Department indicates that extra patrols will be around schools within the city limits on Wednesday.

Schools in Belgrade are expected to resume normal schedules on Wednesday despite Tuesday's shelter in place order.

Police are still working on identifying a suspect connected to the stolen hand gun.

Authorities say that the gun was stolen from a car owned by a citizen who lives near the school and that the gun did not belong to anyone associated with Belgrade schools.
