The forecast called for it and Mother Nature delivered.

The National Weather Service warned southwest Montana residents of possible June snow on Thursday, so it shouldn't have come as any surprise that cold weather and snow fell on Bozeman near in the late afternoon hours.

A multi-vehicle accident on I-90 and a slide-off out toward the airport were just a couple of incidents that occurred during the wintry weather blast.

As you can probably imagine, things were not any better on the Bozeman Pass section of I-90.

Here is a taste image of what June drivers were faced with during the afternoon commute on Thursday. Not the end of the world, but we sure are ready for summer!
