Ravalli County Sheriff and Coroner Steve Holton issued a press release on Friday afternoon identifying the victim of a fatal Missoula County Sheriff's Deputy shooting that occurred on August 29.

The Missoula County Sheriff's Office reported Sunday evening that deputies were involved in a fatal shooting on the Southside Road area of the county.

'Saturday night, at approximately 9:50 p.m. Florida Air Refuge Center reported a possible plane crash. The location was quickly identified as north of the Seeley Lake Airport.

The "Live PD" crew will following the Missoula County Sheriff's Office this season.

The Missoula County Sheriff’s Office’s Special Response Team was called out at about noon on Saturday to an area on Highway 93 North near mile marker 14 to respond to what was termed a partner or family member assault.

In 1991, Iva Larue and Kenneth Cheatham were vacationing in the area near Lake Inez up Highway 83 and were shot and killed on or about July 31.
