We all know that dogs are man's (and woman's) best friend.  They're loyal and loving, and always seem to be glad to see us whether we've been gone for 15 minutes, or 15 days.

Bozeman is undoubtedly a dog-friendly town.  We have lovely dog parks, plus many businesses allow and even welcome your 4-legged friend to accompany you when shopping or in some cases, dining out. It's one of the many reasons so many people love Bozeman.

Currently, one of our canine residents is in the running for a big award.

There are two different ways that you can vote in the contest.  There is the daily free vote, or there is a donation vote. The donation vote is a way to help out injured, sick, and orphaned dogs through the Paws organization, which helps dogs and other animals.

According to Hildy's bio on America's Favorite Pet website, here's what you need to know about this budding Bozeman celebrity.

Hildy is 100% man’s best friend. Her purpose in life is to bring a smile to everyone she meets. She’s the biggest ball of fluff and the sweetest girl you will come across. Hildy has the most adventurous spirit that motivates everyone. She will reach the highest mountains and will pull you up doing it. She’s the strongest dog with the biggest heart.

Time is running out if you do want to vote, remember you can either vote in the daily free vote, or you can choose the donation vote. So all Montana dog lovers let's all unite and vote and last, but not least...Go Hildy!
