Trashy Meals We Love

You may have discovered it in college or perhaps your mom came up with the quick, comforting recipe but everybody's got one: a favorite white trash, low budget meal.

I'll be honest - both my parents were extremely good cooks so rarely was there something just "thrown together" for dinner. Casseroles didn't really exist at our house. My mother made her own tortillas whenever we needed them for Pete's sake.

HOWEVER once feeding myself became my own responsibility, creative combinations that my friends were occasionally whipping up became my favorite things on the planet. Like Kraft Macaroni & Cheese with a can of tuna thrown in. Every once in a while it's the greatest meal on the planet.
