They had to fight for the name, but actors Mark and Donnie Wahlberg are about to become restauranteurs once again when they open the excellently named Wahlburgers in Boston.

The brothers already own several successful eateries in Bean Town, but when they wanted to launch their burger joint, they discovered New Yorker Tom Wahl’s Rochester-based chain was already selling a “Wahlburger” and owned the rights to the name.

Money was exchanged and details were dealt with in a manner satisfactory to both sides, and now the 120–seat restaurant — with yet another Wahlberg brother, Paul, as the chef — is slated to open soon.

No word yet on whether it’ll also pay homage to Mark’s musical past with a ‘Good Vibrations‘ burger. Yeah. You feel it, baby?
