Classic cars, exotic horses, mountain bikes and haunted downtown alleys...Bozeman will keep you busy this week. Here are some fun events to pick from:
Tuesday, August 10th: Story Mill Ghost Investigation - Starts at 6pm, hosted by Bozeman Paranormal Society. Happening at Story Mill Community Park. "Learn the haunted history of the Story mill area and do a ghost investigation of the area. Play with equipment and do some ghost hunting."
Wednesday, August 11th: Hyalite Stewardship Night - East Fork Divide trail clearing - Starts at 6pm, hosted by Friends of Hyalite. "Meet at the East Fork Divide trailhead at 6pm - it's right before the Emerald Lake trailhead. We'll supply tools and gloves, and you should come prepared for whatever the weather is doing that evening."
Friday, August 13th: Murders, Madams, and Mediums: Bozeman's Dark Side - Happening 7pm to 8pm with The Extreme History Project. Tickets are just $12. A walking tour with the experts, exploring Bozeman's 'Dark Side' from the past.
Friday, August 13th: Ghost Walking Tour with Bozeman Paranormal Society - These tours are family friendly and meet in front of Willson Auditorium across from the Gallatin History Museum on Main Street. Tours start at 8pm. Tickets at $10.
Friday, August 13th: The Gateway Show, LIVE COMEDY at The Eagles - Happening upstairs in the ballroom at The Eagles Club in downtown Bozeman. Tickets start at $20 at link above. "Stand-up comedians take to the stage and tell their BEST jokes, then they go to an undisclosed location to get WAY too high, only to come back to the stage and ATTEMPT to tell more jokes completely baked."
Friday, August 13th - Sunday, August 15th: Cirque Ma'Ceo in Bozeman - Lots of show times, happening at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds. "Only 500 left in the world, is one of the rarest equine breeds...the magnificent “Ben Hur de Bernaville” a Boulonnais Draft Horse Stallion." Friday 7:00pm, Saturday 4:00pm & 7:00pm, Sunday 1:00pm & 5:00pm. Tickets available in advance or at the door.
Saturday, August 14th: Manhattan Classic Car Show and Ag Fun 2021 - Starts at 10am.
Saturday, August 14th: Summer Bike Bash Community Appreciation BBQ - Starts at 6pm, hosted by Southwest Montana Mountain Bike Association. Bring a camp chair or a blanket to spread out. $3 beers for non-members. Come 'celebrate the single track'! We'll also be raffling off a Traeger Grills Ironwood 885 for one lucky winner.
Sunday, August 15th: The Ghosts of Bozeman’s Past: Historic Sunset Hills Cemetery - Happening 4pm to 5pm and hosted by The Extreme History Project. Tickets are just $12. A walking tour of Bozeman's historic cemetery and it's most famous inhabitants.
Sunday, August 15th: Cruisin' on Main Car Show 2021 - 9am to 3pm on Main Street in downtown Bozeman. Main Street will be closed off to vehicular traffic. Free to attend and open to the public. Live music at the major intersections. Food trucks on site too.
