Paul Simon's 2017 travel plans include a trip to Wisconsin in June to headline this year's Eaux Claires Festival.

The event, spearheaded by Bon Iver's Justin Vernon, boasts an eclectic lineup this year — in addition to Simon, the roster of performers includes Chance the Rapper, Wilco, and John Prine, as well as yMusic, a chamber ensemble who worked with Simon on his 2016 Stranger to Stranger LP and will be appearing alongside him at Eaux Claires.

This year's Eaux Claires Festival is scheduled to unfold over the weekend of June 16-17, with tickets already available for purchase via the official event website. The advance sale remains ongoing as of this writing, although discounted "enhanced" passes for the weekend are already sold out. An advance general admission pass for the festival currently costs $159 plus fees, while the "enhanced" experience — which includes premium parking, complimentary beer and soft drinks, and access to a restricted shaded viewing area — runs $350 before fees.

At present, Simon's Eaux Claires appearances are the only concert dates he's scheduled throughout 2017. He completed a lengthy tour in support of Stranger to Stranger last summer, and has often spoken in recent years about tiring of the rock star grind. While still in the midst of last year's tour, Simon confessed he'd given some thought to outright retirement, saying, "You’re coming towards the end. ... Showbiz doesn’t hold any interest for me. None."

Fans may not want to panic just yet, however: Simon followed up those musings with the release of a new song, "Stranger," that found him collaborating with members of the Social Experiment last fall.
