The airport this summer is shaping up to be one of the busiest times in recent years and you should probably plan your trips now.

The Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport announced that Alaska Airlines will start using their mainline Airbus aircraft for their Seattle flights effective immediately. By doing this there will be able to accommodate more passengers on their four daily flights to Seattle.

Alaska Airlines has been operating flights out of Bozeman since 1990 and their flight to Seattle is one of the most traveled for several years. Alaska Airlines over the past years has added daily flights to Portland, Oregon and flights to Los Angeles, California. Plus, they added multiple daily flights to Seattle.

Alaska Airlines was one of biggest airlines hit during the COVID-19 pandemic due to Seattle being a hot spot. Now with things slowing down and the vaccine being rolled out, Alaska Airlines is looking to bounce back in a big way.

For instance, I am hoping to go to Seattle a few times this year not only to go see a Seattle Mariner game or possibly see a concert hopefully but also I want to see my extended family. I miss my relatives and not being able to see them last year was brutal. I am hoping this year I will be able to go over see friends and family and enjoy a summer without worrying about a pandemic.

Plus, I always fly Alaska to Seattle due to the fact the flights are absolutely ridiculously cheap.
