Well, before we reveal the name of the town, I think we should take a moment and name a few Montana small towns that could have easily made the list. Towns like Phillipsburg, Livingston, Hamilton, Red Lodge, West Yellowstone, and Whitefish are full of charm and are totally family-friendly.

However, the town that made the list of one of the 50 best in America is Ennis.

Located in Madison County, Ennis has a whole lot going for it. From Ennis Lake, which is a man-made lake that is over 3 thousand acres and is perfect for fishing and outdoor recreation to the downtown area that is filled with all kinds of cool shops and places to eat and socialize.
