The 2018 midterm elections have polarized the country with record amounts of money being poured into races for seats in both the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate.

The unprecedented amount of public interest in the midterms was on display, Tuesday, at the Gallatin County Court House in Bozeman, as the line to vote stretched down the stairs, out the door and into the snow.

One voter told us that he stepped into line at the bottom of the interior staircase of the building and it took him over two hours to make it to the second floor where he was able to cast his ballot.
