It's the latest Coronavirus-related cancellation - the Montana Folk Festival, which would have taken place in Butte over three days in July, has been taken off the calendar.

They've already set some new dates for 2021 though, so if you're bummed out by the news, mark down July 9th through 11th for next year.

The Montana Folk Festival has been bringing tens of thousands of people into Butte every summer for the last twelve years - organizers say the festival's economic impact brings in around $25 million to Butte every year.

Obviously, this is the right decision, and one they would have to make sooner or later. Hopefully, they'll be able to take the extra time to put together something really special for 2021.
