Cruisin' on Main is a family friendly event and kids are welcome. But keep in mind two things: some of the vehicles are quite valuable so please keep a close eye on your children. Many of the vehicles are to be looked at, not touched. Secondly, the car show can get quite crowded and it's easy to become separated. Consider having a meet-up point should you lose your group.

PARKING FOR THE EVENT: It's ideal to walk down to the car show since the Main Street area will be closed for 4 blocks and the one-way streets will have more traffic than normal. Of course the parking garage will be available, but it might fill up for this big event. Patience will be needed. Keep in mind there are a lot of nice cars in downtown that day...drive slowly and with lots of caution. A small fender bender could be expensive :-)
