Watch Mumford and Sons Run Around Bonnaroo in Costumes in ‘The Wolf’ Video
Mumford and Sons have debuted a Bonnaroo-centric music video for “The Wolf,” a song from their latest album, Wilder Mind -- you can check it out up above.
The Marcus Haney-directed clip captures the English rockers enjoying some frivolity at this year’s Bonnaroo, which they headlined earlier this month. While it’s hard to imagine the Marcus Mumford-led outfit could enter the Manchester, Tenn.-based festival grounds without being recognized by just about everyone in attendance, the band manages to do just that in some cunning disguises. The foursome are able to run wild, dressed as a Robin Hood-inspired character, a fair maiden, a chicken and a fox.
Of course, lest you forget their true identities, the video also includes some footage of the band's performance at the annual festival (along with some backstage time spent with The Office actor Ed Helms).
Mumford and Sons are currently on a European tour in support of their third full-length, but they’ll make their way back to the states in August for more festivals. On Aug. 7, they’ll play this year’s Outside Lands in San Francisco. They also have a couple more of their own Gentlemen of the Road Stopovers, which will take place on Aug. 15 in Walla Walla, Wash., and Aug. 22 in Salida, Colo. Check out a complete list of dates on their website.
