Just for a little downtown Bozeman fun, let's get creative with zero rules. For weeks now, the Gallatin Laundry building has been under heavy remodel. Gutted, really.

But just for the sake of argument, if money and no rules applied...what would YOU put into that location in the heart of downtown Bozeman?

(Just to be clear, as of this writing I couldn't get any specifics on exactly what the property is turning into but the construction guys on site told me 'office space' so we'll roll with that for now.)

The old Gallatin Laundry building is located on the northwest corner of South Bozeman Avenue and East Babcock, across the street from the First Security Bank drive-up. Below you'll see an old Google Maps street view pic of what the building used to look like.

So what you you put there if you were in charge? Could be anything. However many floors you want. No weird Bozeman building requirements (as long as it would be possible to build). Use whatever building materials that actually exist.

I'm fairly certain there may be a few issues (in the real world) with this site due to it's history as a laundry and dry cleaners. But for the sake of our daydreaming, you don't need to take that into consideration. You can if you want, but you don't have to. We can probably all agree a daycare isn't a great idea.

So let's hear it! What's your best, most creative and perhaps NEEDED idea for that prime space in downtown Bozeman?
