On The Rise Bread Company Opening in Bozeman’s Downtowner Building on South Willson
On Memorial Day weekend, one of Bozeman's most loved businesses will open it's grab-and-go location on South Willson, just off of Main Street. Delicious, quick options such as quiches, hand pies, croissants, sandwiches, coffee and more will be the focus.
Perhaps you're only familiar with the On The Rise bread loaves that are sold in local grocery stores or out at their production location on North Star Lane, north of Four Corners. As delicious as that bread is, you're in for a real treat with these grab-and-go items.
This new downtown location (33 South Willson) for On The Rise will be open Thursdays through Tuesdays. This location will be closed on Wednesdays for production purposes.
The focus of this new downtown Bozeman location will be quick, grab-and-go fare. There will be a few small tables available but it's going to be a fantastic location to just pop in, get a couple of ready items and a cup of coffee...then be on your way in a flash.
Have you SEEN their pastries and croissants? They are my kryptonite. Incredibly well made, super flakey but light and made by the famously talented bakers of On The Rise Bread Company. So, so good.
Where EXACTLY is this new On The Rise location? 33 South Willson, downtown Bozeman. It's easy to find and there's lots of parking in the lot behind the building. (Easy parking lot access when you're heading east on Main Street OR heading east on Babcock.)
