The High Cost of Rent in Bozeman’s Fancy New Condos
Bozeman, Montana feels like the global hub of fancy, new condominium developments. The last several years have seen many massive projects built and completed. (Some far more tolerable than others, in my opinion.) But many more are on the way, and renting one of these new condos is not cheap.
Have you heard of these Bozeman projects? The Kestrel, Six Range Condominium, and North Central. If you don't already know the names, you will soon. They're big. They're new. And they're in demand.
This article is not about anything other than Bozeman's new reality, and how much it costs to rent a new, high-end condominium.
Supply and demand dictates the price of just about everything in the world - and our rental market is no different. We're here now.
NOTE: The prices that are listed below came from a simple rental search on Realtor.com in May of 2025. Obviously, rental prices are going to vary a little bit depending on when you search.
