Schnee’s To Merge With Powderhorn Downtown

According to the Downtown Bozeman Association - Just in time for the 25th Anniversary of its famous line of Made-in-Montana Schnee's boots, and the 38th Anniversary of its business in Historic Downtown Bozeman, Schnee's Boots & Shoes is expanding its Downtown operations.

Nearly doubling the square footage of its extensive selection of premium boots and shoes for men, women and children, Schnee's is relocating its landmark downtown store two blocks to the east into the historic Story Block building on the corner of Main and Black.

In so doing, Schnee's will merge its footwear store with the Powder Horn, another longtime downtown landmark which was founded some 66 years ago in 1946. By joining together these two longstanding fixtures of Historic Downtown Bozeman, Schnee's will bring together under one roof a new Flagship Store in downtown that will dovetail with the company's fast-growing national and international online and catalog business.

The Grand Reopening of Schnee's new downtown Flagship store is scheduled for this Spring.
