It is nice to no that we are in good hands when it comes to healthcare in western Montana. Whether it be emergencies or for treatment. The medical staff at Saint Patrick Hospital in Missoula are top notch. Which is probably why they have claimed the title of "Best Hospital in Montana" for the 3rd year in a row.

According to KPAX

A recent U.S News and World Report named St Patrick Montana's Best Hospital for 2021-2022. The hospital was also recognized for its work in 11 types of care.

This is an even bigger accomplishment for St Pats, since coming out of a very trying year for health care. The COVID 19 pandemic was handled very professionally by St Patrick Hospital. And they continue to work diligently to take care of patients with the deadly virus.

According to US NEWS and World Report

The Best Hospitals procedure and condition ratings focus on specific and more commonly required individual procedures and conditions, such as hip replacement and heart failure, rather than on broader specialties like orthopedics and cardiology. The goal is to evaluate how well hospitals perform in each procedure or condition – and not just with the most difficult cases, as with the specialty rankings, but with the full range of patients.

For St Patrick Hospital, they scored high in cancer treatment specialties. As well as high rankings in Cardiology and Heart Surgery, Diabetes and Endocrinology, Gastroenterology and GI Surgery, Geriatrics, Nephrology, Neurology and Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Pulmonology and Lung Surgery, Urology.

Congratulations St Pats, keep up the good work.
