It's legendary. It's fun. It's for a good cause. But unfortunately the 2020 Bridger Ski Foundation's Ski Swap has been cancelled. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, safety of members and the public came first.

The Bridger Ski Foundation's annual Ski Swap has been around for 53 years. It's always a fantastic place (the fairgrounds) to buy and sell ski and snowboard equipment.

The proceeds always benefit the Bridger Ski Foundation...so since this particular event isn't happening, let's do everything we can to support the BSF in other ways!

Saturday, October 10th, 2020 - Virtual Oktoberfest: Starts at 5pm. This is a virtual event. Tickets are $50 each. Your ticket gets you access to the event and a chance to win a nice stay in Big Sky. PLUS: The first 100 tickets sold will receive a free growler of beer and pretzels. BSF will deliver the beer and pretzels within the Gallatin Valley and Livingston. An online auction will run from October 3rd to October 10th, the night of the event. DURING the virtual event, they'll hold a live auction.

BUY A TRAIL PASS: Ever used one of the ski trails in town but not had a pass? How about you buy one this year. The Bridger Ski Foundation does an incredible job maintaining those trails and it ain't free. Buy your $50 pass here. Not only does this voluntary pass support your community but it will get you into the Welcome to Winter Party.

Bridger Ski Foundation entry level classes will be open for registration on October 15th for nordic, alpine and freestyle skiing.

"The Bridger Ski Foundation, which dates back to 1936, provides educational and competitive programs for all ages, year round, in Nordic, Alpine, Freestyle, Freeskiing and Snowboarding. They also groom winter trails for the public at six venues in Bozeman."
