My roommate and I made a last minute decision to drive to Cody, Wyoming on Saturday afternoon to attend Kanye West's Sunday Service.

We arrived Saturday evening and checked into our hotel. We decided to head downtown and check out the bar scene and talk to locals. The entire town of Cody seemed to be buzzing with anticipation for Kanye's Sunday Service.

Kanye flew in an 80-person choir for the service and when we arrived at 9:00 a.m. and there were approximately 500 people in line. The event was scheduled to begin at noon, and fans from far and wide were eagerly waiting for the service to begin.

Nearly 4,000 people showed up for the impromptu Sunday Service. Kanye West, who recently purchased a ranch near Cody was in attendance for the service which turned out to be mostly worship with no sermon.

Kanye West grabbed the mic for approximately 30 seconds during that service that lasted nearly an hour and a half. The service included many gospel songs including a cover of Nirvana's Come As You Are.
