Winter Weather Advisory for Pretty Much the Entire State of Montana on Wednesday
Gallatin, Madison, Beaverhead, Jeffereson and Broadwater have been added to the list of Montana counties under a Winter Weather Advisory for Wednesday. SOME parts of the state may get a foot of snow or more.
The Bozeman area is only expected to get 4 inches or so. (But the last time they said that we got 8 inches in town!)
According to the National Weather Service:
Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 5 am to 5 PM MST Wednesday.
- WHAT: snow expected. Plan on slippery Road conditions, including during the morning commute on Wednesday.
- Total snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches, with higher amounts in the mountains, are expected.
- WHERE: Beaverhead, Madison, Jefferson, Broadwater and Gallatin counties.
- WHEN: from 5 am to 5 PM MST Wednesday.
- Be prepared for reduced visibility at times. Those with outdoor plans should prepare for the return of winter conditions and be mindful of increased avalanche danger.
