Winter Weather Advisory for Wolf Point Area Until Noon Sunday
Eastern Montana will encounter a few more hours of a Winter Weather Advisory for snow and wind, until noon on Sunday.
According to the National Weather Service:
WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MDT TODAY.
- ACCUMULATIONS: SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 2 TO 5 INCHES, HEAVIEST NORTH OF HIGHWAY 2 AND EAST OF GLASGOW.
- TIMING: THROUGH THIS MORNING.
- IMPACTS: THE SNOW WILL CREATE SNOW COVERED ROADS AND STRESS NEWBORN AND YOUNG LIVESTOCK.
- WINDS: EAST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.
- WIND CHILL: AS LOW AS 15 BELOW.
- BE PREPARED FOR SNOW COVERED ROADS AND LIMITED VISIBILITY.
