10th Annual Winter Backcountry Film Festival is February 11 at the Emerson

The Winter Wildlands Alliance Backcountry Film Festival, "celebrating the human powered winter experience through film" while helping to raise funds and awareness for Winter Wildlands, is coming to the Emerson Crawford Theater on Wednesday, February 11!

The Backcountry Film Festival premieres in Boise, ID and then travels to more than 100 locations worldwide. The Backcountry Film Festival is viewed by more than 20,000 outdoor enthusiasts and raises more than $100,000 each year for local organizations working on advocacy, snow safety, outdoor education and SnowSchool programs. The Montana Backcoutnry Alliance and Montana Wilderness Association sponsor the Bozeman showing each year. There will also be a gear raffle, with proceeds going to support the plowing of Hyalite Road!
