A Rare Bozeman Housing Development That Makes Sense?
The new housing development being built just north of Hobby Lobby shopping center on a .72 acre lot, is moving along. It's called the Lofts on Beall, and is located at 1608 Beall.
Although not at large and flashy as many of the downtown Bozeman developments, the 11 townhome units that will make up the Lofts on Beall will have garage parking, additional on-site parking, and solar power.
The tucked-away location is actually pretty convenient - being close to groceries, gas, bus stops, restaurants, Bozeman High School, Main Street, and a straight shot down 19th to Montana State University.

According to the approval documents from the City of Bozeman: "the project includes one residential building with 6 attached units at the front (north) side of the lot and one residential building with 5 attached units at the back (south) side of the lot. Access to the site is from W. Beall St. on the north side of the lot."
