KNOW SNOW and learn about avalanche safety with other women for FREE on Wednesday night at Beall Park. There will also be beacon training!

The Bozeman Recreation Department along with the Gallatin National Forest Avalanche Center is offering a few avalanche awareness and beacon practice classes. This class is free of charge to adults; however children are welcome to attend.

The Beall Recreation Center is installing a Beacon Park this winter for the community to use, depending on how much snow we get.

You can call the office at (406)582-2290 or go online at bozeman.net/recreation to sign up. The class for women is Wednesday January 6th- 6-8pm at Beall Park.
