Really Important Storm Update For Glacier National Park
This weekend would normally be a busy, beautiful time to visit Glacier National Park. However, nearly a foot of heavy snow is possible at elevations above 6,000 feet - which is not that high in the park.
With so many tourists expected, caution is needed when driving through Glacier this weekend. Many visitors might not have experience driving in slushy or snowy conditions.
Even lower elevations of Glacier are expected to get a few inches of snow. Going-to-the-Sun road opened for the season this week, but obviously the coming snow may affect that this weekend.
