Havre Got HAMMERED in October With Record Breaking Snow [WATCH]

Havre, Montana spent last month cleaning up from record breaking snowfall, power outages and 8 foot drifts. THEIR first blizzard of the season was one for the record books.

The valleys along with the mountains saw heavy snowfall in October but it seems that the real culprit was downed tree branches, resulting in widespread power outrages.
