Montanans know the secret to relaxation, apparently.

Zippia ranked all 50 states to determine who holds the most stress and who holds the least stress - and if you're looking for Montana, we're pretty far down on the list. As far as stress level goes, we're all the way down at number 46.

The study measures average commute time, unemployment rate, average hours per work week, and percentage of uninsured people in the state as among stressing factors to consider. Montana all the way down in the bottom five is a cool claim to fame - we're only beaten out by Utah, Minnesota, North Dakota, and Iowa.

And who's the most stressed out state in the country? Maybe not a surprise - it's Florida.
