Going to the rodeo is a popular summer pastime in Montana, and there are plenty of rodeos to check out in 2026.

The western lifestyle is alive and well in Big Sky Country, and rodeo season is almost here. Throughout the state, there are several rodeos to choose from, including one just outside Yellowstone National Park.

The Gardiner Rodeo Association has released details about the Father's Day Weekend Rodeo & Parade. It's happening June 19-20 at the Jim Duffy Arena in Gardiner, Montana. The event will start with a parade at 12:00 p.m., beginning at the iconic Yellowstone arch before making its way through town to the rodeo grounds.

Road closures are planned, so show up early to find a good spot to watch the parade. Admission for adults is only $25, and kids 15 & under can get in for $15.

On Saturday, June 20, there will be a Fireman's Pancake Breakfast from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Proceeds will benefit the Gateway Hose Company.
