Road to Glory: Montana State Bobcats 2026 Football Schedule

The 2026-2027 college football season kicks off in less than a month, and the Montana State University Bobcats are entering the season with a chip on their shoulder following their win over Illinois State Redbirds in the FCS National Championship.

The NCAA just released its Stats Perform FCS Top 25 rankings, and Montana State will start the season ranked #1. In-state rivals, the University of Montana Grizzlies are ranked #1.

It should be an exciting football season, and there's plenty to look forward to. Starting QB Justin Lamson will start his final season at MSU, but he'll have several weapons at his disposal when the Cats hit the road to take on Utah Tech on August 29, 2026. Star wide receiver Taco Dowler and running back Adam Jones are returning as well.

If you're trying to find tickets to any of the home games at Bobcat Stadium, good luck. Single-game seats sold-out instantly when they went on sale, but a limited number of standing-room only tickets are still available.
