Montana Winter Weather Advisory For Snow Through Monday Morning
The mountains of southwest Montana will get more snow this weekend where the valleys may see a rain/snow mix.
A Winter Weather Advisory for snow remains in effect from noon
today to 6 am MDT Monday for elevations 6000 feet.
Timing and main impact: periods of snow will develop today and
last into Monday. Poor visibility in snow may lead to
difficult travel conditions.
Snow accumulations: 4 to 8 inches above 6000 feet... isolated
amounts near 10 inches at ridge tops.
Visibility: below one half mile at times.
Elevations: above 6000 feet.
Locations affected include: Battle Ridge Pass... Targhee
Pass... West Yellowstone... Big Hole Pass... Chief Joseph
Pass... Monida Pass... Raynolds Pass.
