A new restaurant and bakery is creating quite a buzz in Three Forks.

Busy Bee Bakery & Cafe, located at 24 Main Street, has quickly become a favorite among locals and visitors alike since opening after the closure of the Iron Horse Cafe in 2025.

Offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a tempting assortment of baked goods, the restaurant has filled an important spot in the community while bringing its own unique charm to downtown Three Forks.

During a recent visit, I stopped in for lunch and was immediately impressed by the welcoming atmosphere. The interior is bright and cheerful, featuring a yellow color scheme and bee-themed decorations that give the space plenty of personality.

For lunch, I ordered the Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich with a side of Pickle Bombs and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness of both the ingredients and the side. The sandwich was flavorful, and the portions were huge. The service was also great, and the waitress was very attentive.

Of course, no visit to a bakery would be complete without dessert. I couldn't resist trying one of the homemade maple bars, and it did not disappoint.

In addition to sandwiches and baked goods, Busy Bee also offers pies, pastries, donuts, and a variety of menu options throughout the day. The prices are reasonable, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is inviting.

Busy Bee Bakery & Cafe is open seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., making it a great stop whether you're looking for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or simply a slice of pie.
