Apparently there IS a limit to how much someone is willing to pay for a house in Bozeman. Price REDUCTIONS are popping up more often for the expensive stuff. Really nice, big houses.

To be clear, anything even close to affordable in this area is still selling within days of hitting the market. But when you take some time to look at the pricier listings, it's not hard to find price REDUCTIONS. Perhaps even multiple price reductions.

The median price for a single-family home in Gallatin County is now $896,000 as of February 2022. THAT is jaw dropping.

We found a few examples of homes that are currently on the market, that have experienced multiple price reductions. (Note: We did not include addresses or exterior identifying pictures on purpose. Data stated below was gathered from Realtor.com on April 3rd, 2022.)

This next property has been on the market (this time) for a whopping 214 days. The home and land are quite amazing with stunning views and everything else you'd expect from a high-end home.

$2,695,000: (Reduced by $80,000) 4 bedrooms, 2.5+ bathrooms. 5,238 square feet on a 40.37acre lot. This has a VERY interesting listing history. In fact, I don't think I've seen one this weird. You can peek at a small part of the listing history below the picture of the red dining room.
