Every year, we hear about tourists getting injured by wildlife in Yellowstone National Park.

Most of the time, the unfortunate encounters with wildlife are completely avoidable. If you follow the rules of Yellowstone, chances are you'll get out of the park unscathed.

I've come to the conclusion that most people lack common sense. People tend to make bad decisions, and in turn, bad things happen to them.

If you encounter a bear, whatever you do, don't do what the guy in the video below did. In my opinion, he got really lucky. It could've ended very badly for him.

Don't harass wildlife. These bears are obviously trying to get away from the vehicle and this driver just kept tailing the bears.
