Limited Entry at Many Fishing Access Sites Due to High Water

Due to extremely high water, flood conditions, and associated public safety concerns, Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks closed many fishing access sites (FASs) around west-central Montana under the direction of the Incident Command for the Missoula flood.

Closed sites along the Clark Fork River include:

Sha-Ron
Kelly Island (all access points)
Kona
Deep Creek,
Harpers Bridge FASs
Council Grove State Park
Mid Canon Fishing Access Site on the Missouri River. (About halfway between Helena and Great Falls)
