New Bozeman Restaurant Features Fresh, Locally Sourced Ingredients

Little Star Diner, which opened its door for business a little over a month ago, is located in the old Frank's Deli building near the intersection of Babcock St. & Wallace Ave.

It's a new place to get breakfast and lunch in downtown Bozeman. The menu ranges from a traditional eggs and bacon breakfast to sourdough waffles with plum jam. The inside of the restaurant features a very modern feel which goes along perfectly with the modern options on the menu.

The owners, Charlie & Lauren, are focused on sourcing as many of their ingredients from local suppliers and producers as possible. Currently, items on their menu are sourced from suppliers in Bozeman, Livingston, Victor, Sheridan, Belgrade, Cardwell, among others.
