Not another round of Olympic outsourcing! It appears we have proven yet again that we don't deserve to medal in making clothing. The new uniforms for the U.S. Olympic snowboarding team are apparently NOT made in America:

The new star-spangled red, white and blue uniforms for the U.S. Olympic snowboarding team have been unveiled, along with the decision by designer Burton Snowboards to use a global set of vendors. According to Fox News, "the fabric was made in Italy and Vietnam, and the uniforms were then fabricated in Japan and sewn in Taiwan." Ralph Lauren also outsourced U.S. Olympic gear for the 2012 Summer Games in London. Do you think Olympic athletes should represent their country in threads that represent their country?
