Bozeman is chock full of delicious apple trees. Good chunks of the Gallatin Valley used to be covered in them and my backyard has a great, old tree.

I sadly have no idea what kind they are, but they are very much edible. Kathleen swears that they will make fantastic pies. She'll surely come up with other delicious recipes for our harvest today.
