Have a few extra cleaning supplies? The Northern Cheyenne Nation and the Crow Nation need our help. Hopa Mountain will bring these supplies to the counties in desperate need. Friday from 10am to Noon...

  • WHAT: Emergency Covid-19 Supply Drive
  • WHEN: Friday, October 9th, 2020 at 10 AM  – 12 PM
  • WHERE: Pilgrim Congregational UCC Bozeman (2118 South 3rd Avenue in Bozeman)
  • This supply drive is being put on with Hopa Mountain and Pilgrim Congregational Youth Group. They will handle getting the supplies from Bozeman to the needed areas.
  • WHAT IS NEEDED: Cleaning Supplies: Bleach, Bathroom Cleaner, Antibacterial Wipes, Wet Wipes, Hand Soap, Hand Sanitizer, Disinfectant Spray. Other needs: Masks cloth or disposable, tissues, paper towels, toilet paper.
  • WHY: COVID-19 cases are hitting certain counties and reservations in Eastern Montana quite hard. Basic resources are not nearly as readily available in some hard-hit, rural areas.
  • Please wear a mask when dropping off supplies to this location.
  • Supplies will be collected outside to keep everyone safe. There will be no need to go inside a building.
  • Big Horn County (as of October 7th, 2020) Total Active Cases: 131, Total Recovered: 836, Total Deaths: 23, Total Confirmed Cases: 990
  • Rosebud County (as of October 7th, 2020) Total Active Cases: 80, Total Recovered: 594, Total Deaths: 19, Total Confirmed Cases: 693

As you can see from the numbers above, these counties are dealing with a huge positive caseload compared to their populations. If you can help out by donating some extra cleaning and/or safety supplies, you'll be helping your Montana neighbors in need.
