The 2026 lineup for the Sweet Pea Festival is here, and this summer’s weekend in Lindley Park is shaping up to be unforgettable.

The Sweet Pea Festival has been an important annual event in Bozeman for the last 48 years. Music, food, art, performance, dance, and learning are all a part of Sweet Pea's core, and families often plan their summer calendars around it.

The Sweet Pea Festival Ice Sculpture Contest is one of the "coolest" events in downtown Bozeman during the winter months. Talented artists along with adventurous newbies, brandish chainsaws and tools to turn blocks of ice into works of art.

It's one of the distinctly 'Bozeman' events of the year - The Sweet Pea Run, which has both a 5k and 10k option on Saturday, August 6th. Course maps, times, registration information is all here.

Get those Sweet Pea Festival wristbands in advance! A wristband is your ticket into the festival and they will be far more expensive if you wait until festival time. We've got all the details and locations about those entry wristbands here.

It's clear that a lot of thought and care went into the (most excellent) 2022 Sweet Pea Festival music lineup. From the funk of Black Joe Lewis to the dramatic layers of DeVotchKa, Lindley Park in Bozeman will be the cultural hub of southwest Montana the first week of August.

Who knew that waiting on a bench outside of the Sweet Pea Festival office would be one of the nicest encounters I would have all week. Three of us were there to pick up wristbands and posters. Turns out I was the 'newbie' of the group, having lived in Bozeman for only 30 years.

Convenience is at a premium, along with a super healthy dose of supply and demand for hotel rooms the week of Bozeman's Sweet Pea Festival. Frankly, we were shocked there were any rooms available at ANY price.
