
5 Inches New Snow for Lolo and Lost Trail Pass by Sunday Afternoon
It's been a week packed with rain and snow for Montana, and Mother Nature isn't done yet. Another round of snow is headed for the mountains of western Montana.
Heavy, wet snow is expected to accumulate on the passes of western Montana this weekend. Primarily Saturday night into Sunday afternoon. Up to 5 inches of fresh snow is on it's way.

- WHEN...From late Saturday night through Sunday afternoon.
- IMPACTS...For MODERATE impacts from snow, expect disruptions to normal activities.

- Closures and disruptions to infrastructure may occur.
- For MAJOR impacts from snow, expect considerable disruptions to normal activities.

- Avoid travel in the impacted areas if possible.

This past week has seen very hit or miss results with advisories and warnings. Those areas that have been hit hard with snow or rain, have received a LOT. Be cautious in the mountains of western Montana this weekend.
