Several inches of fresh snow have already fallen in the Bozeman city limits on Sunday with more to come. By Sunday night, 6" of accumulation is widely expected in town with up to a foot of fresh snow in the higher elevations.
Higher elevations around the Bozeman area could see lots of fresh snow along with slick roads through Monday morning with a fresh Winter Weather Advisory.
The southern mountains near the Idaho border will see the most snow out of this Winter Weather Advisory with gusty winds and up to 10 inches of fresh snow.
It's technically a Winter Weather Advisory for most of the I-90 corridor, including Livingston (and areas east) with winds up to 50 mph, in effect until early Sunday afternoon.
A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for the Beartooth Highway with the highest elevations expecting very gusty winds and easily half a foot of snow through Saturday morning.
